Welcome to Winsi, an application provided by Pruthivi Labs. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our application.

2.1 Winsi Encyclopedia and Dictionary

The encyclopedia and dictionary content within Winsi are written by Wikum Dharmasiri, who retains all intellectual property rights to this material. Users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting any content from the encyclopedia or dictionary for any purpose without prior written consent from Wikum Dharmasiri.

2.2 General Intellectual Property

All other content, features, and functionality within Winsi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Pruthivi Labs or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

  1. Copy, modify, or distribute any part of Winsi without our prior written authorization.
  2. Use Winsi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
